Pamela  Adams, Managing Director
Pamela Adams is Managing Director of Strategic Claim Services, Inc., and leads the company?s Third Party Administration activities. Ms. Adams first began her auto glass claims management career at Strategic Claim in 1997, and quickly rose to lead call center operations. Following a period of time in the retail auto glass service segment, Ms. Adams became general manager of TGSC Group's Strategic Claim Services business unit in 2002, and subsequently became a Managing Director at the Company.
Pamela has leadership experience in all aspects of the auto glass business process: customer service, service delivery, policyholder issue resolution, insurance agency relations, and back-office process flow. She is experienced at partnering with insurance company managers to optimize glass claims programs. Pamela is also a licensed property and casualty adjuster nationally, and has many years of adjusting experience. Pamela is a former United States Olympic athlete.

Thomas  Huff, Managing Director

Mr. Huff joins TGSC Group with more than fifteen years experience in business process management, systems development and client advisory services, including significant leadership roles in both the auto insurance and auto glass industries. Most recently, Mr. Huff served as President of a mid-sized regional glass service company and brings a broad perspective to his role at TGSC with six years in the auto glass space.  In addition, Mr. Huff's has taught over 1,000 hours of insurance continuing education credit courses to claims teams and insurance agents in regards to safe auto glass installation.

Mr. Huff's professional experience also includes work as a technology leader with BearingPoint Inc.., delivering solutions to global institutional clients,  and at OneBeacon Insurance, a leading regional P & C Insurance Carrier, based in Boston, MA.  Mr. Huff is a graduate of The University of Michigan, and holds an MBA from Boston College. He has also served as a college level instructor.

Mark  Mitchell, VP, Sales and Marketing

Mark Mitchell, Vice President of Sales and Marketing at the TGSC Group, brings over twenty years of experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car in delivering value-added solutions in the property and casualty claims business.  In his career at Enterprise, Mark built new businesses around the country, including opening over 250 new branches in seven states.  His most recent assignment with Enterprise was as Group Vice President of the Company's Indiana operations.  Mr. Mitchell’s expertise is in developing long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with claims executives and front-line personnel which result in auto claims programs delivering above average financial results.

Mr. Mitchell earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Furman University in Greenville, South Carolina and holds a certificate from the Harvard Business School Advanced Business Leadership Program. He played on three Southern Conference champion football teams at Furman.

Sheila  O'Toole, Managing Director
Sheila O'Toole joined TGSC Services Group as the Managing Director of TeleGlass National Service Delivery System in 2008, after 18 years with Pilkington, a global glass manufacturer. Over the course of her career, Sheila excelled at a variety of roles in Sales and Operations in the Auto Glass Replacement division, most recently as Northeast Regional Sales Director. She is recognized as a highly respected participant in the Auto Glass industry. Sheila earned her B.S. from Carroll School of Management at Boston College, majoring in Marketing and Finance and received her MBA from Univeristy of Southern New Hampshire.

Rick  Schnobrich, National Sales Manager
Rick Schnobrich joined TGSC Services Group's TeleGlass National Corp. in 1998, after 15 years with Harmon Glass, at the time one of the country's autoglass companies. In his previous role as Director of National Sales for Harmon, Mr. Schnobrich managed operations and sales on a national level. Rick's broad operating and strategic experience provides TGSC clients with a consultative approach in helping them to assess their needs and to reach their objectives in autoglass business process management. Mr. Schnobrich holds a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Minnesota at Mankato.
